Kosovo Specialist Chambers Judge Receives International Honours

On 17 November 2019, Judge Christine van den Wyngaert, who is on the roster of international judges of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC), received two prestigious awards at the 20^th conference of International Association of Penal Law for her contribution to international criminal justice, namely the Vespasian V. Pella Medal and the Hans-Heinrich Jescheck Prize.

“I want to extend my congratulations to Judge van den Wyngaert for this well-deserved recognition of her contributions to the field of international criminal justice, which, I think, is also indicative of the high level of experience and expertise of the judges on the Roster of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers,” President Judge Ekaterina Trendafilova said.
