Constitutional Court Panel assigned to deal with new Shala’s referral

Following the referral by the Defence of Pjetër Shala, on 10 July 2023, Judges Vidar Stensland, Roumen Nenkov and Romina Incutti have been assigned as members of the Constitutional Court panel to decide on this referral relating to alleged violations of the accused’s fundamental rights.
