Gucati granted modification of sentence, Haradinaj’s modification considered

On 12 October 2023, KSC President Trendafilova decided to modify Hysni Gucati’s sentence and ordered his release on or about 18 October under certain conditions. As for the modification of sentence of Nasim Haradinaj, the KSC President is currently considering it pending the report from the KSC Registrar.
