Gucati & Haradinaj: Agenda for the SPO conference this week set

Today, Trial Panel II issued its order on the agenda for the Specialist Prosecutor’s Conference this week (8-9 September) in the Gucati & Haradinaj case, during which the Panel should, inter alia, set the date for the opening of this case.
