Gucati&Haradinaj case: SPO to file pre-trial brief by 9 April 2021

During the Status Conference in Gucati&Haradinaj case today, the Pre-Trial Judge in this case, Judge Nicolas Guillou, issued an oral order directing  the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office to file its pre-trial brief by 9 April 2021.
