Januzi et al. case: deadline for Defence to submit Pre-Trial Brief extended/new tentative date for transmitting the case file to the Trial Panel set

On 5 June 2024, Judge Guillou granted the Bahtijari Defence's request for an extension of time, and ordered all Defence Teams to submit a Pre-Trial Brief, if any, by Thursday, 20 June 2024.

In the same decision, the Pre-Trial Judge set the new tentative date for transmitting the case file to the Trial Panel for Friday, 5 July 2024.
