Januzi et al. case: deadline for legal aid submissions extended for the third time (Bahtijari)

On 30 April 2024, Judge Guillou granted the Bahtijari Defence's third request for an extension, setting a new deadline of 3 May for the submission of the documents required to be considered for a request for KSC legal aid. This extension, like the previous one, was granted by Judge Guillou on the basis that good cause had been established.
