Januzi et al. case: latest filings regarding joinder indictment

Please note that the initial two versions of the joinder indictment in the case against Januzi, Bahtijari, and Haxhi Shala are now available in their public redacted forms. The SPO submitted a joint indictment confidentially on 12 January 2024. Its  public redacted version was submitted on 3 July 2024 and is now accessible in our Public Court Records. Subsequently, on 8 February 2024, the Pre-Trial Judge instructed the SPO to resubmit it, which was done on 27 February 2024. The public redacted version of that indictment is also now available and can be viewed here. Following this, the SPO requested to amend that indictment, and this request is currently pending before the Pre-Trial Judge.
