Mustafa appeal case: Panel’s order re. appeal hearing on 26/27 October

On 12 October, the Court of Appeals Panel in the Mustafa case issued its order for the preparation of the appeal hearing, scheduled to take place on 26 and 27 October. In order to ensure the efficiency of the time used at the hearing, the Panel invited the parties to address a number of specific issues during their oral submissions. The parties were also reminded to focus their submissions on the grounds of appeal and that no new arguments on the merits of the case can be presented at the appeal hearing.
