Mustafa case: appeal hearing on 26-27 October

The Court of Appeals Panel today, 17 August, scheduled an appeal hearing in the Salih Mustafa case for Thursday and Friday, 26 and 27 October 2023. The Panel also specified the schedule for both hearings, so the court will sit, subject to adjustments as appropriate, from 13:30 until 17:10 on 26 October and from 09:30 until 11:05 on 27 October.
