Mustafa: Defence files notice of appeal/Appeals Panel assigned

Following the (confidential) submission of the notice of appeal  by the Mustafa Defence on 2 February, KSC President Trendafilova assigned a Court of Appeals Panel, composed of Judges Michèle Picard, Kai Ambos and Nina Jørgensen to decide on the appeal against the trial judgment, pronounced on 16 December 2022.
