Supreme Court Panel assigned to deal with Haxhi Shala’s request re. detention

On 16 July 2024, President Trendafilova assigned a Supreme Court Panel to decide on the request for protection of legality, filed by the Defence of Haxhi Shala on 12 July, in relation to his detention.
