Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): Trial preparation conferences on 28 November

Single Trial Judge Christopher Gosnell in the case against Thaçi, Smakaj, Kilaj, Fazliu and Kuçi has scheduled a Trial Preparation Conference and SPO Trial Preparation Conference for 28 November at 09:30. In the same decision, Judge Gosnell set deadlines of 20 November for the SPO and 24 November for the Defence to file submissions on several agenda items for the hearing, including the parties’ readiness to commence the trial in the week of 15 December.
