Thaci et al. case: Defence motions re. the legality of the KSC&SPO & rights of the accused rejected

On 31 August, the Pre-Trial Judge in the Thaci et al. case rejected the motions by Thaci, Veseli and Selimi related to the legality of the KSC&SPO and alleged violations of certain constitutional rights of the accused. The decision can be seen here.
