Thaçi et al. trial this morning: update

At the beginning of his testimony this morning, the SPO’s 29th witness W04577 requested to consult with his duty counsel, who later addressed the court in private session. Subsequently, the Panel informed the duty counsel about the possibility of sanctions pursuant to Rule 141(6) of the Rules and Article 42(7) and (8) of the Law. The Panel granted in part the witness’ request for adjournment and ordered that the testimony of witness W04577 will continue on Monday, 16 October. Today’s hearing will resume with the testimony of another SPO witness.
