Thaçi et al. trial: SPO calls its 98th witness

New SPO witness is Fatmir Sopi, whose testimony commenced this morning.  As per the SPO summary in court, Sopi was a KLA member involved in the organization of KLA structures in Gollak region within the Llap operational zone, and was instrumental in the creation of the 153rd Brigade.  Mr. Sopi will testify about the creation, structure, training, and operations of the Brigade 153.
