Thaҫi et al. case: new decision on the participation of victims

On 4 October 2023, the Trial Panel in the Thaҫi et al. case granted a request of the Victims’ Counsel and allowed three close relatives of one of the victims, who has recently passed away, to continue the action as victims participating in the proceedings. Therefore, the number of participating victims in this case is now 143.
