Thaҫi et al. trial: Panel adjourns testimony of protected witness W04577

In relation to the testimony of protected witness W04577, who attended the court to testify in October, the Trial Panel in the Thaҫi et al. trial granted the request by the witness’ duty counsel and adjourned this testimony until further notice. Following the finding by the KSC Witness Protection and Support Office (WPSO) that the witness is presently unfit to testify, the Panel ordered the WPSO to liaise with the witness and, subject to the necessary consents, report back to the Panel every two months on the witness’ fitness to testify.
