Thaçi et al. trial: SPO’s 114th witness starts testimony

SPO witness Hansjoerg Strohmeyer has begun testimony this morning.  According to the SPO summary in court, this witness was the legal adviser to the Interim Special Representative of the Secretary General for the UN mission to Kosovo from June to September 1999. This is the 114^th SPO witness in court so far.
