On Friday, 17 May 2019, the Registrar, upon coordination with the President and consultations with the Judges, adopted the Registry Practice Direction on Files and Filings before the Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC).
The Practice Direction is a core document for the KSC as it determines how records, such as submissions, files and any other documents or materials relevant to proceedings before the KSC will be received, managed and distributed. It also includes articles on structure and content requirements for submissions.
The aim is to ensure consistent, efficient, secure and accurate processing of records that are part of the proceedings before the KSC. Parties and Participants to proceedings before the KSC should familiarise themselves with the Practice Direction.
The Practice Direction is available on the KSC website in the three official languages.
