Judge Nicolas Guillou Resigned

On 6 June 2024, Judge Nicolas Guillou submitted to President Ekaterina Trendafilova his resignation as Judge on the Roster of International Judges of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC). Judge Guillou’s resignation follows his election as Judge of the International Criminal Court and his assumption of duties there.

President Trendafilova congratulated Judge Guillou on his election and expressed her sincere appreciation for his tremendous contribution to the mandate of the KSC through, inter alia, his work as a Pre-Trial and a Single Judge.
