Constitutional Court Panel assigned to deal with Haxhi Shala’s referral

On 14 November 2024, President Trendafilova assigned a Constitutional Court Panel to rule on the referral, filed by Haxhi Shala on 11 November 2024. Judges Vidar Stensland, Roumen Nenkov, and Romina Incutti will decide on this referral, which follows the Supreme Court decision from 9 September this year (see here our latest post about that matter).
