Gucati&Haradinaj trial adjourned till January

Nasim Haradinaj’s Defence completed its opening statement today. The Panel issued an oral order granting the Haradinaj’s Defence application for adjournment and ordering that the presentation of evidence in the Haradinaj case will start on Tuesday, 11 January 2022. The hearing is adjourned for today and the hearings scheduled for 16 and 17 December are cancelled.
