Judge Guillou enters a non-guilty plea on Haradinaj’s behalf

At the further appearance before Pre-Trial Judge Guillou today, Nasim Haradinaj failed to enter a plea. Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 92(2)(f) of the Rules, the Pre-Trial Judge entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf. Since his co-accused Gucati already pleaded not guilty on 18 December 2020, the Pre-Trial Judge will proceed with the preparation of the case against Gucati&Haradinaj for trial as per Rule 95 of the KSC Rules of Procedure and Evidence.
