Shala case: extension of time to file Defence’s motion for dismissal of charges

On 11 July, the Trial Panel in the Shala case partially granted the Defence request for an extension of time and ordered the Defence to file its motion for dismissal of charges, pursuant to Rule 130 of the Rules, no later than 24 August at 16:00. The responses by the SPO and the Victims’ counsel, if any, are to be submitted until 4 September 2023. More details are available in the decision.
