Shala: Trial preparation conference from 18-20 October

The Trial Panel in the Shala case decided to convene a trial preparation conference, in public session, from 18 until 20 October 2022 in the presence of the SPO, the Defence, Victims’ Counsel and the Registry (Witness Protection and Support Office-WPSO) with 21 October as a reserve day. The Panel also decided to convene additional trial preparation conference on the same dates, which will be held ex-parte and in closed session, as soon as the public sessions are completed. This additional trial preparation conference will be held in the presence of the SPO, WPSO and a representative of the Registry.
