Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): Request to postpone proceedings and sever indictment dismissed

On 30 June 2025, Pre-Trial Judge Marjorie Masselot rejected motions filed by the Defence for Hashim Thaçi and the other accused, which sought to postpone the proceedings against Thaçi and to sever the indictment in relation to him. Judge Masselot dismissed or found no merit in all Defence arguments concerning the conduct of concurrent proceedings in this case and the separate case against Thaçi before Trial Panel II (KSC-BC-2020-06).
