Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): Second scheduling order issued

The Single Trial Judge in the case against Thaçi et al. for administration of justice charges informed the Parties of his intention, if evidentiary proceedings are closed on 19 August 2026, to set the following deadlines:

-Friday, 28 August 2026: for final trial briefs;
-Friday, 4 September 2026: for reply briefs; and
-10, 11 and 14 September 2026: for closing arguments to take place.

In the same Order, the Judge has scheduled the hearing of Mr Smakaj’s testimony for 17, 18 and 19 August 2026.
