Following the filing of the public redacted version of its final trial brief by the Gucati Defence on 7 April, the final trial briefs of all parties in the Gucati&Haradinaj case are now available in the KSC Public Court Records as well as on the Case page.

On 6 April 2022, in its consolidated decision, the Court of Appeals denied two appeals by Nasim Haradinaj against the decisions of the Trial Panel, ordering his continued detention.

On 5 April, the Court of Appeals Panel denied the appeal by Hashim Thaci against the decision of the Pre-Trial Judge, ordering his continued detention.
