After the lunch break, the Mustafa trial will resume at 14:00 (or at 14:45 in the delayed feed) and not at 14:30 as usual.

The new SPO witness in the trial against Mustafa is protected witness W04391.

The trial against Salih Mustafa is adjourned for the week and the session, scheduled for tomorrow (19 November), is cancelled. The trial will resume on Monday, 22 November, at 09:30.

The Trial Panel is currently putting questions to the SPO witness W04676.

As announced in our Court Calendar, the Defence preparation conference in the Gucati&Haradinaj trial is scheduled for 2 and 3 December, tentatively followed by the start of the Defence case on 6 December.

Witness W04676, the 7th SPO witness in the Mustafa trial, has commenced the testimony.
