The testimony of the SPO’s last witness Daniel Moberg completed today. The trial will resume on Monday, 8 November,  at 09:30.

The new witness in the Gucati&Haradinaj trial is Daniel Moberg, an Operational Security Officer within the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office.

SPO third witness Miro Jukić resumes his testimony in the Gucati & Haradinaj trial. He is currently being cross-examined by the Defence.

Another KSC weekly press briefing will take place today at 14:30. During this briefing, the KSC Spokespersons will provide a short update on the latest developments in the judicial proceedings before the KSC, as well as on other public activities of the Court.
