Mustafa Defence resumes cross-examination of the SPO witness W04600.

The trial against Salih Mustafa is adjourned for the week. It will resume on Monday, 27 September, at 11:30.

The SPO resumes the examination-in-chief of its second witness W04600 in the Mustafa trial this morning.

The second SPO witness in the trial against Mustafa is protected witness W04600. The witness is assisted by a duty counsel.

The Trial Panel is currently putting questions to the witness W03593.

During the Status Conference in the Shala case this morning, Pre-trial Judge Guillou issued an oral order directing the SPO to file its pre-trial brief in this case by no later than 28 January 2022.

As mentioned in our Calendar, Status Conference in the Shala case will commence at 09:00, followed by the trial hearing in the Mustafa case at 11:30.
