As per Trial Panel II’s previous order, the Gucati Defence will be further cross-examining two recalled SPO witnesses (Zdenka Pumper and Miro Jukić) today, which are expected to be held entirely in private session.

With the completion of witness W04674’s testimony today, the Mustafa trial has adjourned for the year. The hearings in this case will resume on 18 January 2022.

On 10 December 2021, the Pre-Trial Judge Guillou issued the second decision on victims' participation in the Thaci et al. case. Eleven new applicants were admitted to the proceedings as participating victims. They will be included in the already existing Group 1 (with nine participating victims) and shall be represented by the same Victims' Counsel. The decision can be seen here.

The SPO protected witness W04674 resumes his testimony in the Mustafa trial.

The trial will resume tomorrow at 09:30.

The 10th SPO witness in the trial against Mustafa is protected witness W04674.

The trial will continue next Wednesday, 15 December, at 09:30.

The 6th witness for the Gucati Defence is Cele Gashi, a member of the KLA War Veterans’ Association.
