On 8 March, Pre-Trial Judge Guillou rejected both Gucati’s and Haradinaj’s preliminary motions challenging the jurisdiction and alleging defects in the indictment against them. The public redacted version of the decision is available here. 

On 8 March 2021, Pre-Trial Judge Guillou set 30 June 2021 as a tentative date for the transmission of the Gucati&Haradinaj case file to the Trial Panel. The rest of the consolidated calendar for the remainder of the pre-trial proceedings in this case is available here.

During the status conference in the Mustafa case on 5 March, Pre-Trial Judge Guillou issued the oral order inviting the Defence to file its pre-trial brief by 30 April. Furthermore, Judge Guillou ordered that, subject to the resolution of any outstanding matters, the transmission of the case file to the Trial Panel is anticipated to take place on or around 7 May 2021.

During the Status Conference in Gucati&Haradinaj case today, the Pre-Trial Judge in this case, Judge Nicolas Guillou, issued an oral order directing  the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office to file its pre-trial brief by 9 April 2021.
