In his latest decision on 17 February, the Pre-Trial Judge set as a proposed time limit for the transmission of the case file to the Trial Panel on or around Friday, 30 April 2021. Judge Guillou urged the Parties to raise, at the earliest opportunity, any matter that may potentially affect the proposed transmission date. Furthermore, the same decision scheduled the next status conference in this case for 5 March at 11:00.

On 15 February, the Specialist Prosecutor filed, as strictly confidential and ex-parte, its pre-trial brief in the case against Salih Mustafa. The relevant filing informing of this submission is available here.

As announced in our Court Calendar, next Status Conference in the case against Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj is scheduled to take place on 24 February at 11:00. More information in the scheduling order .

On 10 February, Pre-trial Judge Guillou issued the first decision on victims' participation in Salih Mustafa case rejecting the application of four victims as inadmissible. Here is the decision.

On 9 February, the Court of Appeals Panel denied the appeal by Nasim Haradinaj against the decision ordering his continued detention. More details in the decision.

As announced in the latest order, the Status Conference in Thaci et al. case has been rescheduled for 16 February 2021 at 11:00. 

On 4 February, the Pre-Trial Judge in the Mustafa case, Judge Nicolas Guillou, ordered the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office to file its pre-trial brief as well as the lists of witnesses and proposed exhibits by 15 February 2021. More details here.
