At his initial appearance before Pre-Trial Judge Masselot this morning, Hajredin Kuçi pleaded not guilty to all the counts of the indictment.

At the last initial appearance before Pre-Trial Judge Masselot, Fadil Fazliu pleaded not guilty to all the counts of the indictment.

During each hearing today, Judge Masselot issued oral orders confirming that all three accused will remain in detention.
