New SPO witness in the Thaçi et al. trial is Nebojša Radošević, who was a journalist for the Serbian news agency ''Tanjug“ during the relevant period.  According to the short summary read in court, Radošević was detained by KLA members in 1998, along with his photographer Vladimir Dobričić.

Please be informed that the hearings in the Thaçi et al. case on 9 and 12 October will sit from 09:00 until 13:00 (and not until 16:00 as previously scheduled) while a status conference in the case of Januzi and Bahtjari is scheduled for 12 October at 14:00, as per scheduling order from 6 October.

Please be informed that the indictment in the case against Sabit Januzi and Ismet Bahtjari in Albanian is now available in the Public Court Records.

Sabit Januzi and Ismet Bahtjari were arrested yesterday, 5 October 2023, in Kosovo by the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office, pursuant to arrest warrants, transfer orders and a confirmed indictment issued by a Pre-trial Judge of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers. They were transferred to the Detention Facilities of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague today, 6 October 2023. More details in the Press Release.
