Following the oral orders issued by Trial Panel, the trial against Pjetër Shala is adjourned for today and the session, scheduled for tomorrow (5 May), is cancelled. The trial will resume on Friday, 19 May, at 09:30.

Another KSC weekly press briefing will take place on Thursday, 4 May at 14:30. During this briefing, the KSC Spokespersons will provide a short update on the latest developments in the judicial proceedings before the KSC, as well as on other public activities of the Court. Sixth Prosecution witness TW4-11 resumes testimony in the Shala trial this morning.

The sixth SPO witness in the Shala trial is protected witness TW4-11.

Fifth Prosecution witness, "Witness 10", resumes his testimony in the Shala trial this morning. The Panel is putting questions to the witness.

The fifth SPO witness in the trial of Pjetër Shala is a protected witness. The witness is testifying via video link.

On Wednesday, 26 April 2023 the Court of Appeals Panel denied the appeals of 20 of victims who appealed the decision of the Basic Court Panel denying their application to participate in the Thaci et al. case. The Panel has however allowed the denied applicants to resubmit their applications, if new information is presented to the Trial Panel.
