Protected witness resumes testimony in the Thaçi et al. trial.

Another KSC weekly press briefing will take place on Thursday, 13 April at 14:30. During this briefing, the KSC Spokespersons will provide a short update on the latest developments in the judicial proceedings before the KSC, as well as on other public activities of the Court. Journalists will have the opportunity to ask questions. Pre-registration is required to attend each briefing. To pre-register, please send an email with name and affiliation to [email protected]. Protected witness resumes testimony in the Thaçi et al. trial this morning. The witness is currently being cross-examined by the Defence. 

The first SPO witness in the trial of Thaçi et al. is a protected witness.

Today, 6 April, Trial Panel I ordered Salih Mustafa to pay an overall sum of €207,000 as compensation for the harm inflicted on the victims of the crimes for which he is convicted. More details will be mentioned in the Press Release later today.
