The new witness in the trial of Pjetër Shala is protected witness TW4-07.  This is the 3rd SPO witness so far.

Protected witness TW4-06 resumed her testimony at the trial of Pjetër Shala this morning. The Victims’ counsel is currently examining the witness.

The second SPO witness in the trial of Pjetër Shala is protected witness TW4-06.

During the hearing today, the Panel issued an oral order authorizing the accused’s request to participate in the trial via video-link from the Detention Unit.

Protected witness TW4-08 resumes his testimony in the Shala trial this morning. Following the completion of the SPO’s examination-in-chief yesterday, the Shala Defence resumes its cross-examination of this witness.  

The first SPO witness in the Shala trial is protected witness TW4-08.

Trial Panel I today scheduled 6 April as the day on which it will pronounce the reparation order in the case against Salih Mustafa. The scheduling order can be found here.
