As mentioned in our previous announcement, the KSC Single Judge Nicolas Guillou on 6 November ordered continued detention against Isni Kilaj and noted that further details on the reasoning underlying that decision would be provided later. Thaçi et al. trial: testimony of a new SPO witness
The 34th SPO witness in the trial against Thaçi et al. is Dragan Ivanišević. According to the summary read by the SPO in court, the testimony of this witness will be related to his abduction by armed men wearing KLA uniforms in February 1999.

KSC Weekly Press Briefing on 9 November
