The Kosovo Specialist Chambers welcomes visitors who would like to attend public hearings from the gallery of the courtroom. In addition, the KSC offers students and other groups the possibility to visit the KSC and learn more about their mandate and proceedings.
The Rights of Suspects and Accused
A natural person who believes to have personally suffered physical, material or mental harm as a direct result of a crime alleged in an indictment confirmed by a Pre-Trial Judge may apply to the Specialist Chambers to be admitted as a participating victim.

The Specialist Chambers and Specialist Prosecutor's Office have jurisdiction over crimes against humanity, war crimes and other crimes under Kosovo law in relation to allegations reported in the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly Report of 7 January 2011.
